Darshan Academy, Hisar, organized an insightful Industrial Visit to DCM Textile for the enthusiastic Darshanites of classes X-XII, under the guidance of Mr. Vinod Jangra, Ms. Riya Marwal, and Ms. Sita Devi. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to the industrial environment and help them connect classroom learning with real-life applications. During the visit, students observed various industrial processes, workplace practices, safety measures, and the functioning of different departments. They gained valuable insights into how teamwork, discipline, technology, and effective management contribute to the smooth functioning of an organization. The visit also encouraged students to explore different career opportunities and understand the importance of skills, responsibility, teamwork and continuous learning in the professional world.
