Training and development is a routine for our teachers and non-teaching staff. This allows our academic staff to study updated and aware of ever changing situations with students.
Darshan Academy keeps organizing workshops for the teachers to provide cutting edge training in the field of education where our teachers actively participate and polish their skills. The main aim of such sessions is to furnish everyone with some distinctive skills and teaching methodology that supports outstanding learning. Throughout the school year, teachers attend in-service training, workshops, seminars, and learn hands-on approaches to mastering new teaching techniques.
On-going training is provided for new teachers. Teachers are given opportunities to work together and share their ideas and methods. We believe no one can understand children the way their parents can. Hence, we engage parents in our day-to-day development process to ensure both parents and the school work as a team to benefit our students.
