To commemorate the birth anniversary of the Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, a pioneer of truth and nonviolence, the students of Darshan Academy, Hisar, organised a beautiful special assembly on October 01, 2022. Their heart-winning presentations lighten the day’s significance, including taking lessons from his life and making everyone aware of his significant contribution to society. All dedicated staff members and loving Darshanites paid a creative homage to Gandhi Ji to follow the path of nonviolence and truth and keep their surroundings clean. A cleanliness drive was organised to address issues of personal hygiene and public sanitation conditions, which is one of the many steps taken by the school towards India’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan initiated by our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi. The zestful Darshanites cleaned the nooks and corners of their school and the immediate vicinity under watchful and able guidance. The blooming Darshanites enjoyed the special day to the core of their hearts, and the endeavour was met with appreciation and laurels by one and all.
