On November 20, 2022, class XI & XII students visited Reliance Fresh Store in Hisar. This visit was organised to make students aware of the practical implications of the management principle and the supermarket’s functioning. Students asked questions about the functioning of the supermarket and the store manager explained the sorting of products, payment system, bar code system, credit facilities provided by the store, return policies and other rules and regulations in case of disputes. Students also interacted with customers and filled out the questionnaire to understand the customers’ views about Reliance Fresh. Customers shared their experience based on factors like price, quality, variety of products, staff knowledge, convenient location and other facilities. All the Darshanites enjoyed the educational trip.
