To help new teachers understand the school’s philosophy, mission, and vision, Darshan Academy, Hisar, organized a comprehensive New Teachers’ Orientation Program. The session was specially conducted to welcome and acquaint the new members of our professional family, Ms. Minakasi, Ms. Gunita, Ms. Priti and Ms. Vibor, with the distinct educational standards that define the Darshan Academy experience.
During the program, our dedicated teacher trainers delivered presentations highlighting the core components of our academic and administrative structure. The orientation highlighted key resources, including the school prospectus, DEF souvenir, instructional plan, evaluation process, academic calendar, and syllabus booklets. Furthermore, essential professional tools such as the teachers’ manual, timetable, and attendance register were discussed to ensure organizational clarity and excellence. The objective of this orientation was to ensure a warm, systematic induction into the Darshan Education Foundation family, empowering our new faculty to thrive in our unique environment and contribute to our holistic vision of education.
