Embrace Wellness, Embrace Yoga!

Darshan Academy, Hisar, organised a refreshing and energising yoga session for Classes III to V as part of the Joyful Saturday initiative, featuring the Parents’ Hand-Holding Activity. The session was conducted by Ms. Ritu Rani, a renowned yoga instructor, who explained the benefits of yoga in daily life and guided the students through various asanas, including Tadasana, Hasya Asana, and Virabhadrasana. The charming Darshanites participated with great enthusiasm, stretching their bodies, relaxing their minds and experiencing the joy of mindful movement. The session radiated positivity, energy and calmness, leaving the students refreshed and inspired. The school principal, Ms. Jessica R. Kamble, appreciated this health-promoting initiative and expressed heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Ritu Rani for her valuable time and meaningful guidance.
