“Active learning is not about teaching more, but about engaging more.”
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Capacity Building Programme on active learning was successfully conducted at Darshan Academy, Hisar. The workshop aimed at equipping educators with innovative strategies to make classrooms more interactive, engaging, and student-centered. The resource person, Mrs. Parveen Bhatia, shared valuable insights on experiential learning techniques, collaborative activities, and creative assessment practices. She emphasized that active learning enhances students’ critical thinking, participation, and deeper understanding. Teachers actively participated in discussions, group tasks, and practical demonstrations, making the session highly enriching and impactful. The workshop inspired educators to transform traditional teaching methods into dynamic learning experiences.
