To strengthen teachers’ professional competencies and align classroom practices with the CBSE competency-based framework, a two-day CBSE Capacity Building Program on mathematics was conducted at Holy Angel School, Hisar, where Mr. Amzad Khan and Mr. Mandeep Singh from Darshan Academy, Hisar, actively participated in the programme. The workshop focused on learner-centred pedagogy, competency-based assessments, innovative teaching strategies and effective question paper design. Through interactive sessions and collaborative activities, the teachers gained practical insights to enhance conceptual clarity, problem-solving skills and student engagement in mathematics. The session was enriching and impactful, equipping participants with modern teaching approaches that will positively impact classroom practices and student learning outcomes.
