Darshan Academy, Hisar, conducted a Capacity Building Program on Value Education to strengthen teachers’ understanding of ethical and moral principles in education. The resource person for the workshop was Ms. Shweta Arora, Middle Coordinator at Siddharth International School. She conducted the session in a very engaging and practical manner. The workshop included many interesting activities and role plays performed by the teachers, which made the learning experience lively and meaningful. Ms. Arora shared practical examples from daily school life and explained how values can be naturally integrated into classroom teaching. The session was highly beneficial for all teachers as it focused on real-life situations and effective strategies. The main objective of the program was to empower teachers to integrate ethical and moral values into everyday learning experiences. The workshop inspired teachers to become strong role models and to create a positive, values-based learning environment for students.
