To enhance the quality of education by equipping educators with a deeper understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020’s vision, goals, and implementation strategies, the Radiance School, Agroha Hisar, recently organized an insightful workshop under the CBSE Capacity Building Programme. Ms. Mausham (PGT biology) and Miss Sarita (PRT mathematics) from Darshan Academy, Hisar, participated in this valuable session. The workshop provided helpful insights into NEP 2020’s objectives, CBSE initiatives for competency-based education, and the pivotal role of schools and teachers in driving systemic reforms. Educators engaged in reflective discussions on instructional planning and experiential learning, aligning teaching methodologies with NEP 2020 recommendations. This initiative has empowered our faculty to implement competency-focused education, design effective lesson plans, and contribute meaningfully to educational transformation.
