Darshan Academy, Hisar successfully conducted a CBSE Capacity Building Programme workshop on the theme “Happy Classroom” with the aim of empowering teachers with effective and joyful teaching strategies. The workshop was led by two esteemed resource persons—Mr. Ram, PGT Geography from Government Model Senior Secondary School, Adampur (Hisar), and Ms. Shweta Arora, Middle Coordinator of Siddharth International School, Hisar. The session was highly engaging, informative and enriching. The resource persons shared innovative techniques and practical strategies to create a positive, inclusive and stress-free classroom environment. Emphasis was laid on student well-being, emotional connect, active learning and joyful teaching practices that enhance student participation and happiness.
Interactive activities, real-life classroom examples and reflective discussions made the workshop lively and meaningful. Teachers found the session extremely beneficial and inspiring, as it reinforced the idea that a happy teacher creates a happy classroom, leading to holistic development of students.
